Position: Product Designer, supporting the Principal Product Designer across multiple product teams.

You
Experience: 3+ years in digital product design, particularly in an agency environment, with proven experience in SaaS products.
Skills: Strong visual design skills, motion design, ability to create quick prototypes, and design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
Design Systems: Experienced in working with and contributing to Design Systems.
Additional Skills: Conducting user research and usability testing, and incorporating feedback into iterative designs.
Qualities: Self-starter with strong communication skills, ability to receive and incorporate feedback, and highly creative.
Day to Day
Design Execution: Identify and iterate on ways to improve the core product experience (Builder) and solve customer problems.
Prototyping & Design: Quickly create functional prototypes and execute design solutions, adapting to a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration & Feedback: Present and communicate design concepts effectively to diverse audiences and incorporate feedback into iterations.
Innovation: Push design boundaries with creativity, helping to shape the product experience from 0 to 1.
