The Job
Position: Product Designer at Revolut, focused on building simple, beautiful solutions to complex problems.
Mission: Design world-class, user-centric products across iOS, Android, and web platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience from discovery to delivery.

You
Experience: 2+ years designing complex commercial apps, with a portfolio showcasing product design work.
Skills: Strong design skills across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web), clean visual design sense, and proficiency in typography and grids.
Product Strategy: Ability to think at a high level about product strategy, articulate design decisions, and understand technical implications.
Qualities: Strong UX focus, deep understanding of human behavior, self-directed, problem-solving mindset, and passion for continuous learning.
Nice-to-have: Technical background (BS/MS in Computer Science), experience with coding simple prototypes, and familiarity with cross-platform design systems.
Day to Day
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists) to define and solve both customer and business problems.
Metrics & Ownership: Identify key metrics, take ownership of design success, and ensure projects meet objectives.
Research & Discovery: Conduct research and bring insights to address complex company goals (e.g., launching new products or territories).
Design Execution: Design end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes that are simple, elegant, and solve user problems. Run user testing workshops and iterate based on feedback.
Continuous Improvement: After implementation, review the performance of releases, identify learnings, and enhance solutions. Work with the design system to ensure consistency across designs.
